Change and add .html extension in post url. Use custom permalink structure option and entre given code in blank field.

Open WordPress Dashboard.
Go to Setttings and click on Permalink
Then click on custom structure and paste /%postname%.html in black field.
Then click on SAVE Changes / SAVE Button.
